Being part of the Palm Beach Farmers Market has been one of the most rewarding parts of running this business. As a clinical nutritionist, I’ve always believed in the power of quality ingredients and supporting local where possible. It’s better for your body, better for the planet, and best for the community <3

I serve up ceremonial-grade matcha made fresh to order (sourced directly from Kyoto, Japan), and it brings me so much joy to see the same faces each week- catching up, sharing a moment, and knowing that something as simple as a cup of matcha can make someone’s morning a little brighter.

I’ve poured so much of myself into this business. It started as a small idea, something I felt deeply passionate about - and it’s turned into this beautiful, growing business that brings people together.
